Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order total and shipping address.
We will make every effort to deliver your order according to our estimated timeframes. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to deliver your order as soon as possible.
We take care in packing all orders, but refunds or replacements will not be issued for damages during transit. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery and contacting us within 3 days of receipt to report any damages.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange as long as the item is unused with original tags still attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. We will provide instructions and arrange for pickup or reimbursement of return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return.
Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item. We will cover return shipping costs for exchanges. For exchanges, we can only provide a refund if we cannot fulfill an exchange due to lack of inventory.

Promotions & Discounts
We may offer promotional codes, percentage discounts or other promotions. These are limited time offers and valid while supplies last. Promo codes are case sensitive. Discounts apply to item cost only, not tax or shipping. Only one promo code may be used per order. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Free gifts with purchase are available while supplies last. You will receive the free gift specified in the promotion details with your purchase. In the event we run out of a free gift, we reserve the right to substitute something of equal or greater value.
